Laternenfest 2025
A magical evening filled with light, music, and vibrant colors! This year’s lantern celebration once again highlighted the dynamic spirit and unique educational character of the European School of Heraklion. The lanterns, the music, and the wonderful participation of families lit up the city and showcased the school’s multilingual and multicultural identity.
A heartfelt thank you to the German Language teaching team, the School Management, the German-speaking Parents’ Association, the Local Committee of German Language Teachers, as well as all the children and parents for their enthusiastic involvement.
Special thanks to Christina Antoniadi, Visual Arts teacher, for the beautiful mural she created on the school wall, adding an artistic touch to the celebration.
